How can we guarantee quality?

Always a pre-production sample before mass production.Always final Inspection before shipment.

When can I get the quotation?

We guarantee to reply within 6 hours after we get your inquiry / Email.

Can you provide some sample for me?

Yes,I can, But the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery fee.

What is the term of payment?

Payment < 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 1000USD. 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. if it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be bank process fee for each payment, It will be a lot of money if you make twice payment.

How long is the warranty period?

All our products have one year warranty period.
